If you are keen on swimming and yoga and would like to learn about the sea then this is the weekend for you! We will both be guiding you safely along and providing useful friendly sea swimming and yoga advice. There will be at least three swims and three yoga sessions spread across the weekend in a variety of different locations including, depending on the weather, either a hike-yoga-swim at Hurst Castle as featured in Outdoor Swimmer Magazine, or a boat day trip to swim at secret spots on the Isle of Wight. NB the boat trip will mean a £60 supplement, which is refundable if the trip does not go ahead. About Tiptoe Lodge: usually our family home located in the stunning New Forest National Park, we specialise in looking after small groups (up to 10 people) taking part in wholesome weekend activities, such as yoga, art and sewing (as well as swimming!) Most guests share in twin or double rooms but single occupancy is available by request and with a supplement payable. Delicious healthy and nutritious meals and snacks are eaten communally around our kitchen table. About our swims: Tiptoe Lodge is located ten minutes drive from most of our different swim locations. Some of the beaches are exposed to the south west but several others are protected from prevailing winds in the relatively calmer waters of the Solent and its estuaries. Getting here and around: At the beginning and end of the weekend we can collect and drop off swimmers at Brockenhurst or Sway stations, served by direct trains from London and the Midlands.
