Join us for a 2-day residential, or day, sea swim technique course with Olympic open water medalist Cassie Patten. It's the perfect way to prepare for your Summer 2026 sea swim challenge, whether that is a specific open water event, a triathlon, or just because you want to improve your front crawl sea swim technique. Cassie is a wonderful coach who brings out the best in swimmers of all abilities, from beginner to elite. We aim to divide our time between the Lymington Seawater Baths and the beach at Milford-on-Sea. The coaching will involve land-based sessions, one-to-one pool technical analysis and sea swim practice such as buoy turns, drafting and close-quarters group swimming. The exact amount of swimming in the sea may be limited by adverse conditions and will be determined by Cassie and our lifeguards' risk assessment on the day. Lunch is included in the price.
